This role is responsible for prioritizing requests and optimizing marketing processes for Virginia Mason Institute by partnering with internal stakeholders and partners to develop and scale a consistent campaign approach and operating model. This position works across VMI and its partners to provide consistent business cadence, content and review cycles for marketing briefings, plan reviews and approvals; end-to-end experience reviews around key launches; and quarterly marketing reporting and performance reviews. This position also establishes a consistent KPI reporting framework and provides easy access to accurate performance reporting.

  • Develop implement, and manage marketing strategies, initiatives, and corresponding budget to acquire new clients, drive sales and deepen lead, prospect, and client engagement and relationships.

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns including strategy, creative development, content planning, client segmentation and reporting of success metrics across paid, owned, and shared channels.

  • Manage vendor relationships including identification of new marketing partners, negotiation of contracts, approval of deliverables, and reporting status.

  • Manage the client-marketing funnel from awareness to qualified sales identified. Apply data and qualitative information gathered from a variety of sources to promote the most effective and efficient engagement initiatives based on client insights.

  • Collaborate with business development and client services teams to develop customer lifecycle engagement strategy including segmentation, touch frequency, and content optimization.

  • Optimize client journey and messaging, including media, landing pages and conversion flows, to maximize conversion rates and deliver on the brand promise.

  • Manage institute social media, business development events, website, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.

  • Provide leadership in defining, mapping, and documenting leading marketing processes and practices.

  • Perform special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience and 5+ years' experience in B2B business or consulting with a track record for driving growth. Experience with marketing campaigns, lead generation, and business analytics in B2B environment. Strong customer acquisition, pipeline management, multi-channel marketing, and marketing analytics experience also required.

Master's degree preferred
