As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

The Senior Facilities Project Manager manages multiple major capital projects and medical facility renovation projects. This job organizes and directs all involved parties and activities to achieve an established programmatic goal within budget and on schedule. This job also organizes capital budget tracking processes, and may include equipment and furniture acquisition, and move coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field; or equivalent required.

  • At least 5-7 years experience in healthcare facilities construction project management.

  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to successfully manage large scale remodels and equipment replacements including design, construction, furnishing and equipping a medical facility within an established scope, budget and schedule.

Preferred: experience in medical equipment planning; proficiency with computer scheduling, budgeting and CAD drawing programs; and architectural or engineering licensure. Ten or more years of experience in healthcare facilities or property management preferred.
