The Drop is looking for a Brand Manager to lead and execute influencer-led collections, curations and brand partnerships. The Drop launched in 2019 featuring influence-designed capsule collections of made-on-demand fashion and evergreen closet Staples that has grown to become one of the most loved programs at Amazon. Our team sits in NYC and Seattle. Our team is filled with a wide range of personalities and backgrounds, including experts in video, influencer strategy, supply chain, merchandising, and beyond who have come from backgrounds in retail, tech, entertainment and agency work. Above all else, our team culture is built around an environment of learning, experimentation, and inventing on behalf of the customer.

In this role, you will need to think strategically and creatively and be able to navigate ambiguity, proactively plan for unavoidable roadblocks, all while maintaining a trustworthy relationship with cross-functional partners. A successful candidate must also be able self-motivated to oversee/project manage tasks. This candidate will have strong relationship building skills as this role is highly visible to external influencers/agents along with internal cross-Amazon partners. The most relevant leadership principles for this candidate include: Ownership, Bias for Action, Earns Trust and Deliver Results. This role will be responsible for the following duties:

Key job responsibilities

• Influencer management for upcoming collections, curations and brand integrations

• Navigate internal tools to support activation execution

• Coordinating meetings and managing comms for brand and influencer partnerships.

• PO and invoice management

• Influencer asset management – Sorting and labeling imagery for CX, social, and overall marketing initiatives

• Style Curation Management – Creating timelines, managing assets, and comms with talent/brands

• Data-keeping of Associates and overall activation performance for assigned projects

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience

  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines

  • Managing communication/scheduling with external partners

  • Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint Proficiency

  • Interest in fashion, influencers, project management, and tech

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
