Description Administrative Coordinator - Social Workers (266132) Schedule: FTE1.0, Mon- Fri 8:00AM - 4:30PM PST, Day This position is responsible for independently coordinating and performing complex and specialized administrative, office, and secretarial duties in carrying out department accountabilities. These duties may include, but not be limited to responsibility for all department administrative accountabilities including program planning schedules and status, leading administrative staff in carrying out department objectives, acting as a liaison for internal and external customers, documentation maintenance, data maintenance and reporting, coordination of projects, meetings, and reviews/conferences, budget planning and management, purchasing of equipment and office supplies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience Or equivalent work experience. 5 years Job related experience including responsibility for coordinating complex administrative projects for management and associated professionals in a major organization.
