We are currently accepting applications for a full-time client service representative position. In order to be considered, candidate must have extremely well-developed customer service skills coupled with excellent attendance and punctuality. Prior experience in the veterinary field strongly preferred.

Job duties are not limited to: answering a multi-line phone system, electronic medical record keeping, displaying knowledge of vaccine protocols, animal illnesses and medical procedures, communicating preventative care recommendations, presenting estimates, counseling clients during euthanasia, message taking, cashiering, and scheduling. We are a busy practice and are open 7 days a week. We'll need your help at least 1 day on the weekend.
