What You Will Do:

• Organize and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations

• Provide guidance and training to staff on medical record issues

• Maintain confidentiality of medical records and respond to requests promptly

• Participate in surveys and assist in developing corrective plans

• Perform secretarial duties for Program committees as needed

What You Will Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of medical records experience preferred

• Minimum one (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required

• Action-oriented with strong business acumen

• Customer-focused with high decision quality and flexibility to adapt to change

• Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
