Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Social Worker to work at a facility in Marcy, New York. These are registry positions with our company.

Pay Rate: $55 / hour

Shift details:

• M-F, 8am - 4pm

Job Description:

Contract staff would mainly be working weekdays and assisting in providing therapeutic services to patients in a primary therapist role to include individual therapy and the completion of mental health assessments and documentation (Core History, Suicide Assessments/risk assessments, Weekly/Monthly Progress Notes, Treatment Plans, Discharge Plans), according to policy and procedure. Group facilitation may also be indicated.
