Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction for the successful, on-time delivery of strategic initiatives
Foster the growth and development of team members through coaching and development opportunities
Efficiently manage and resolve risks or issues as they arise
Prioritize new project requests and manage project backlogs
Lead team meetings to achieve project goals, gather feedback, and secure approvals for requirements documents
Communicate project status and updates to both the team and executives
Act as the business lead/POC representative, ensuring the inclusion of relevant business team members in requirements discussions and customer experience meetings
Advocate for business interests with IT and cross-functional teams, demonstrating a deep understanding of requested products and services and their impact on the business
Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, learning, and motivation among team members and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment of business requirements/features across projects and programs, providing technical direction, identifying and addressing roadblocks and technical risks, fostering trust with cross-functional teams, and managing project dependencies across business portfolios
Additionally, the PMO Manager will:
Understand the overarching business strategies across all brands and translate them into direction, workload management, and career growth opportunities for team members
Adapt to shifting priorities and manage the team's workload in collaboration with leadership
Serve as a business subject matter expert on technical functionality supporting Boost Business across various IT platforms
Collaborate with Project Manager partners to ensure timely delivery of requirements and keep projects on schedule
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional business teams to address current technical/functional limitations and achieve strategic goals
Work with IT teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, use cases, and customer experiences, understanding the implications on business outcomes
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
BA/BS in a technical or business discipline, or
7+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of direct management of team members a plus
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills required
Ability to present and explain complex information to senior leadership
Self-motivated with strong, proven, analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a rapidly changing environment
Ability to advocate for business needs
Experience in the wireless industry is preferred
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
