Overview: The Children's Home of Wyoming is seeking Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Liberty.

The Licensed Professional will provide individual, family, and group services to youth between the ages of birth and 21 years old and their families in Sullivan County in a variety of setting to improve overall wellness.

Carry full caseload and provide clinical services consistent with agency productivity standards. Conduct evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement treatment plans and conduct reviews to monitor progress. Complete and maintain all required documentation in a timely manner in the Electronic Health Record system. Maintain client confidentiality. Work and collaborate with other staff and outside services providers. Provide supervision to other members of the CFTSS team. Attend supervision and staff meetings.

Requirements; Physical Exam Reference Checks Drug Screening Own Car Class D NY State Valid License Background Check Master Degree License for Clinical Social Worker 2-years Experience

Shift, Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM, $68,000 to $74,000 yearly. Benefits include; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, and 401K/Retirement.
