Job Description

The Indirect Channel Sales Specialist is responsible for co-creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in territory covered by assigned Business Partner. This role will work closely with Business Partner's teams to improve financial and operational performance, improve clinical outcomes, develop service line strategies, improve management decision-making, enhance patient/customer experiences, and even adopt GEHC management practices in order to successfully close increasingly complex clinical/technical/solution sales. This role may work individually in an account or territory, or where applicable act as part of a One GE Healthcare team. This role is responsible to establish and continuously support development the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned Business Partner.

Key tasks:

  • Building extensive knowledge about GEHC Patient Care Solutions portfolio (anesthesia, patient monitoring, neonatal care, cardiology)

  • Building market intelligence about local market and competition

  • Acting as a liaison between GEHC product team and local equipment distributor, working closely with distributor on ongoing sales projects

  • Supporting commercial team of local distributor with clinical excellence

  • Establishing network with key opinion leaders and officials

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of local healthcare system and medical devices business

  • Previous sales experience

  • Masters degree from medical studies or related

  • ability to travel outside of Ukraine

  • readiness to travel within Ukraine up to 50% of working time

  • Fluent English
