We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our clients team. In this role, you will manage and implement mobile device management solutions with SOTI MobiControl, support Honeywell handheld devices, and develop and manage Android devices, including app management via Google Play Store. You will also use Android ADB for device management and troubleshooting, execute patching for devices and hardware, and document processes to develop both user and internal guides. Leading projects for mobility security compliance and efficiency improvements will be a key responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 5-10 years of experience in supporting Android, Windows, iOS, or macOS in a large corporate environment. Proficiency with MDM or EMM tools, extensive experience with SOTI MobiControl, and knowledge of Android client hardware are essential. strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are also required.
